What kind of man uses Brides-4u?

Its difficult to define a 'typical' user: the great variety of woman using the website consequently attracts an equally large variety of men so it is difficult to describe the typical male Brides-4u customer.

Some customer patterns do however emerge:

• Marriage is no longer for mere practical and economic reasons but rather emotional.  The search is now for a match intellectually and economically, and most people searching the internet for a partner cite profession as the quality they value most in a prospective partner.  This makes perfect sense, as it is essential for a new partner to fit in well with our current lifestyle and group of friends. 

Why do men look abroad to find a partner abroad rather than in their own country?

• Strong focus on traditional values of the home and the family which predominate in countries from which mail order brides originate, which is a very appealing quality and which may have been lost slightly in our own country. 
• Cultural benefits: there is also the sense that a woman from another country can share and enrich her new partner with her experiences of her own culture, traditions and politics.  There is also a tendency for more respect towards women in Western countries than in her own, and in actual fact one could conclude that the qualities of Western men and Eastern woman are ideally matched.
